Conditions for Return:

The buyer has completed payment but did not receive the product.

The product is defective or damaged during shipping.

The delivered product does not match the order (e.g., wrong size, wrong color).

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.

The product must be in its original condition as purchased, with the invoice, packaging, and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).

Steps to Return a Product:

Contact our shop to confirm the return request.

Customers will not be charged shipping fees for returning the product.

All returned products must be sent to the company address listed at the bottom of our website.

We will issue a refund to the buyer once the returned product has been received and confirmed. Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
